    An Iraqi Army soldier uses a flashlight to signal cars to turn off their headlights as a sandstorm envelops central Baghdad April 27. Militants fired a salvo of rockets or mortars at the heavily guarded Green Zone -- apparently they were taking advantage of a sandstorm that blanketed the Iraqi capital and grounded U.S. helicopters and drones that normally track their activities.
